Hello Brave and Courageous Gift on this consistently changing earth!

Ever Changing. Forever Changing. Brilliantly constructed, a complete mystery to this day! You. You are ever changing, you are forever changing. You are brilliantly constructed and a total mystery to this day! There is only one that truly knows you and fortunately and unfortunately that’s not you. Clear: You are not the one that completely knows you!

The not so mysterious part of us is that we adjust and create and deliver within and around our circumstances. We have pressures and tensions and stress's that seem to force us to something or someone.

Habits.

We have heard form a time or another throughout life that we are creatures of habit. To create a habit it takes: about 18-30 days and to break a habit it takes: 21 minimum days til (no definite length) days turn into months and months turn into years. Congratulations! Seriously be proud of yourself for releasing something for a great length of time. #MovingForward

Wouldn’t it be wise for us to consider what we are getting ourselves into because it takes much longer to undo? Unfortunately it is not realistic for us all to always weigh the pros and cons of a habit we know or unknown have. Some of us rely on trial and error. Shout out to all my risk takers, we are out here! :)

A few examples: sleep habits, financial habits, eating habits, thought processes and physical habits. Parents or Guardians put in place certain habits and as we grow we figure out what to keep and what to let go.

What is a poor habit for one individual could be a great habit for another individual and then we have universal human habits that we all agree are good and not so good.

Life happens, right?!

What is a habit you have?

How do you figure out your current habits?

How often do you self-examine to see what you have picked up?

How do you weigh a habit if it’s good or bad?

What is a habit you don’t want?

What can you do to let go of that habit?

How do you quit a habit that you decided was not good for you?

What made you want to quit a habit?

What made you want to accept or create a habit that was good for you?

How did you create a healthy habit in your life?

What characteristics does it take to be habitual in a greater lifestyle than what you have now?

If you don’t have these answers, no worries, me either! I have opinions but I will keep it open for you to do your research and discover what you want?

I believe in therapist!

I believe in having real friends that can speak up and give advice freely without judgement.

I believe in a healthy lifestyle.

I believe in myself.

I believe in you.

You are stronger than you think you are. Of course many of us have an attitude of I want what I want. But we got to weigh out the cost. I was taught a need is greater than a want.

There are things that we think are needs and they are really wants.

Think of a scenario then apply it to your current habitual behavior.

We make choices all day long. That is life. The goal is to keep the brain open to many possibilities and maturity and growth in a space of positivism and hope.

Our daily choices brings us to the next opportunity and moments to display love.

My current displaying of love opportunity for me that is becoming a habit is encouraging everyone to not give up. I created my branded line of clothing “Let your Love Be Real” to remind people that love exist, you are not alone, and to never give up on yourself.

There are battles we each face that people don’t know. That is why we are kind to one another. No one can truly walk in your shoes and there are persons who tend to want "better" for us but we have to want it for ourselves.

Focus, Help, Support, Love. Keeping this simple. How bad do you want something different? Acknowledging the habit, seeking help available, being in supportive environments, and agreeing that love conquers. The mind is powerful but we have to shape it daily.

I wrote this particular blog because habits are real and it is important to have a look at ourselves and examine what we see in a non-judgmental way. Be free to accept who you are today and change what you don’t want to no longer accept.

Remember we are ever changing, forever changing and brilliantly constructed, a complete mystery to this day!

Pray for me as I pray for you. Love on purpose. You are rare. You are amazing. You are Intelligent. You are golden. You are beautiful. You are courageous. You are intentional. You are bold. You are royal. You are secure. You are love. You are loved. You are beloved. You will. You can.
